Guest Appearance & Content Release Agreement

This Guest Appearance and Content Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between English Yeah, owned and operated by Tim ("Host"), and the individual completing this form ("Guest").

1. Grant of Rights

By completing and submitting this form, Guest grants English Yeah a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and monetize the recorded interview ("Content") across all current and future platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and englishyeah.com.

2. No Compensation

Guest acknowledges that participation is voluntary and unpaid. Guest is not entitled to any compensation, revenue share, royalties, or any other financial benefit arising from the publication, distribution, or monetization of the Content, now or in the future.

3. Likeness & Voice

Guest consents to the use of their name, voice, image, and likeness as captured in the recorded interview. English Yeah may edit, clip, repurpose, or republish the Content in whole or in part at its sole discretion.

4. Ownership

The Content is and shall remain the sole property of English Yeah. Guest waives any claim of ownership or co-authorship over the Content.

5. No Obligation to Publish

English Yeah reserves the right to choose not to publish the Content at its sole discretion.

6. Representations

Guest represents that:

• They are at least 18 years of age.

• They have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

• Their participation does not violate any third-party rights or agreements.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

8. Entire Agreement

This form constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding Guest's appearance and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings.
